Delete Your Account

If you still have the app installed

Open Pawlentine, go to Settings → Delete Account, and confirm. This immediately and permanently deletes your profile, photos, matches, messages, and any other data associated with your account. This action cannot be undone.

If you no longer have the app installed

Email sunny.wadhwa3493@gmail.com from the email address or phone number associated with your account, with the subject "Delete my Pawlentine account." We'll verify your identity and permanently delete your account and data within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Your profile, photos, matches, chat messages, verification data, and any other personal information associated with your account. Deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed.
