Safety

If you feel unsafe or have encountered harassment, abusive behavior, or a fake profile, use the in-app Report button on that person's profile or in your chat with them — reporting also immediately blocks them. For anything urgent involving your safety, contact local emergency services first.

Common questions

How do I delete my account?

Open the app, go to Settings, and choose Delete Account. This permanently removes your profile, photos, matches, and messages.

How do I cancel a subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through the App Store or Google Play, not in the app itself — cancel from your device's subscription settings.

Someone I matched with seems fake.

Report their profile from the chat or profile screen. Reports are reviewed and reported users are blocked immediately, before any admin review.
