Pawlentine Child Safety Standards

Effective 23 October 2026.

Adults only

Pawlentine is for people aged 18 and over. People under 18 must not create or use an account. Suspected underage accounts can be reported for review.

Zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation

Pawlentine prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including grooming, sexual solicitation of children, sexual extortion, trafficking, and any content or conduct that sexually exploits or endangers a child. Creating, uploading, sharing, requesting, or promoting child sexual abuse material (CSAM) is prohibited, including computer-generated depictions. These standards apply to profiles, photos, messages, and other activity on Pawlentine.

Report a concern

Use Report on a profile or from a conversation's safety menu. Choose Other safety concern if none of the listed reasons fits. Reporting also attempts to block that profile; if blocking fails, use Block again.

For details or concerns not tied to a profile, open Profile → Settings → Contact Support, describe the concern using text, and submit it with New ticket (or tap Yes, send it, if the assistant offers to send a report). A conversation with the automated assistant alone is not confirmation of a submitted support ticket. You can also email support@pawlentine.com, with “Child safety concern” in the subject. Include an account identifier, approximate time and a short description if available.

Do not download, screenshot, forward, or attach suspected CSAM. Provide identifiers and context instead. If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services directly; Pawlentine is not an emergency service.

How we respond

We review reports, prioritize child-safety concerns, and take appropriate action when we learn of prohibited content or conduct. This can include restricting access to content, suspending or removing accounts, and preventing further contact. We report suspected child sexual abuse material and exploitation to the appropriate regional or national authorities as required by applicable law, and cooperate with lawful requests.

We restrict access to safety reports to those who need it to investigate and respond. We retain only the information needed for safety handling, applicable legal obligations and lawful preservation requests. We do not ask users to redistribute illegal material.

Safety contact

Sunny is Pawlentine's designated child-safety contact and monitors support@pawlentine.com. This contact handles child-safety reports and questions from authorities and platform reviewers.
